Returns Policy

We make high quality travel gear that we know you’re going to be happy with. But in the rare event that you aren’t, we accept returns on the following basis. 

• Any unused backpacks + accessories can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging with tags.
  
  
• Goods with a manufacturing fault can be returned for a replacement within 5 years of purchase under our 5-year manufacturing warranty
  
  
• We cannot accept returns of unwanted, used travel gear unless it is faulty. 

The bottom line is we want you to be happy, so we will work with you as far as possible to get to a solution.
